These award-winning sourdough crispbreads are inspired by our love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. We select simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and our precious sourdough, which ferments for 16 hours before each batch is made. Traditionally, these crispbread would have been made at harvest time and hung on a pole above the fire to stay crisp over the long, dark Swedish winters. We stamp a hole out the centre of our large crispbreads as a nod to their heritage before baking them until crisp and golden. They are the natural choice for smoked salmon, cheese or pâté.
