Once local hedgerows and plantations burst into full heady, creamy blossom the Rosebud team pick quantities of wild flowers to transform into a special syrup, which in combination with tangy fruit and unrefined cane sugar, makes the most marvellous, naturally set, Gooseberry and Elderflower Jam, the epitome of an English summer.
