Vegetables (55%) (Cauliflower, Gherkins, Silverskin Onions, Red Peppers), Mustard (20%) (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Spice), Cider Vinegar, Raw Cane Sugar, Water, Sea Salt, Cornflour, Turmeric, Mustard Flour, Preservative: E223 [Sulphites].
